The last weekend in August has traditionally been a haven for people from NYC and the surrounding suburbs. It is the final weekend for the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood and a busy weekend with over 20,000 people attending Friday & Saturday concerts.

Although our July 4th weekend show has been a huge success, many of the locals leave town to avoid the crowds and people living in Albany, Springfield, Northampton, etc. do not visit the Berkshires on July 4th due to the enormous number of people in and around the area.

A Different Crowd Every Weekend..
Thousands of new visitors come to town each weekend, so expect to see an entirely new group of patrons that will include the locals who were out of town over the July 4th holiday.
