The work exhibited in this show will include some of my most recent work painted over the past year, which includes several quick-study, acrylic copies of masters, such as Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Cezanne, and Henri Matisse, as well as several oil paintings done with a combination of brushes and palette knife in the style of Bob Ross. Recent work also includes a series of small 5 x 7 still lifes that were done in 2- to 2.5-hour sittings, inspired by the “A Painting A Day” movement.

The rest of the show will include my "normal" or "traditional" paintings and charcoal drawings completed over the past 5 years or so, and a few older than that. These encompass a wide variety of styles – some very realistic, some more abstract; a wide variety of subject matter – landscapes, still lifes, and animals; and a wide variety of mediums – oils, acrylics, and charcoal.
